Javed Akhtar, a renowned screenwriter, poet, and lyricist, has recently purchased a property in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu neighborhood. According to documents accessed and reviewed by SquareYards.com, Akhtar bought the apartment for Rs. 7.76 crore. This ready-to-move-in property covers approximately 111.43 square meters (1199.42 square feet). The transaction, completed on July 2nd, included a stamp duty of Rs. 46.02 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
The property is located in the Sagar Samrat Building in Juhu, a prominent neighborhood in Mumbai known for its luxurious living and natural beauty.
