Dame Diana Rigg who appeared in famous TV show ‘Game of Thrones‘ as Ollena Tyrell died at the age of 82 in home amid her family. British actress widely received fame when she played spy-agent in 1960’s TV show called ‘The Avengers’. Rigg’s daughter Rachael Stirling gave out statement saying, “My Beloved Ma died peacefully in her sleep early this morning, at home, surrounded by family. She died of cancer diagnosed in March, and spent her last months joyfully reflecting on her extraordinary life, full of love, laughter and a deep pride in her profession. I will miss her beyond words,” as put by DNA.

Rigg was born in England and studied at Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She also acted in James Bond movie named ‘On Her Majesty`s Secret Service’ in which the role played by her marries the British spy. Official Twitter handles of James Bond series as well as Game of Thrones paid tribute to the actress along with a few others from Hollywood.Diana Rigg is an author of book ‘No Turn Unstoned’ which she wrote in year 1982 and has also acted in movies like Heidi, Julius Caeser and upcoming Last night in Soho.
