Navi Mumbai police has made four arrests of members who are allegedly Lawrence Bishnoi gang, and were planning a second attack on Salman Khan. As per reports by ANI, the members were planning to order weapons from a Pakistani arms supplier, and had planned an attack on actor’s farmhouse in Panvel.

“Navi Mumbai Police has arrested four people from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang as they had planned to attack actor Salman Khan’s car in Panvel,” read the report by news agency. It further added that they had planned to order weapons from Pakistani arms supplier. An FIR has been filed against 17 people including Lawrence Bishnoi, Sampat Nehra, Anmol Bishnoi, and Goldy Brar.

The police officials have stated that around 16 to 17 people were involved in the Navi Mumbai operation and they had conducted a recce at Panvel in February this year. The arrested accused have been identied as Dhananjay alias Ajay Kashyap, Waspi Khan alias Wasim Chikna, Gaurav Bhatia alias Nahvi, and Rizwan Khan alias Javed Khan, revealed Navi Mumbai police.

A report by Indian Express claimed that the police are currently interrogating the four arrested to learn whether they were connected to Bandra attack.
