Shares of real estate firm Brigade Enterprises jumped by five percent in early trading on May 29. This surge came after the company announced a significant rise in net profit for the quarter ending in March.

The Brigade Group posted a profit after tax of Rs 211 crore in the fourth quarter of FY24. This marks a 234 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

The company also reported a revenue of Rs 1,763 crore for the quarter, which is 102 percent higher than Q4 FY23. These figures were shared in a regulatory filing on May 28.

For the entire fiscal year FY24, Brigade Enterprises’ profit after tax stood at Rs 569 crore, showing a 105 percent growth compared to the previous year. The company’s revenue for FY24 reached Rs 5,064 crore, an increase of 42 percent over FY23. The EBITDA for FY24 was reported at Rs 1,362 crore.
