Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore are ready to battle it out for the last time in this year’s IPL. One team out of these will reach the playoffs today and the other one will be out of the competition. CSK are already in the 4th place and still not qualified whereas the three teams namely Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rajasthan Royals, and Kolkata Knight Riders are ready for the playoffs battle.
The defending champions CSK will look to win this game to go to the 2nd place. Whereas RCB just want to get the top 4 place. RCB need more than a victory as their net run rate is low than that of CSK. They need to finish the game 1-2 overs earlier to get the qualification confirmed in their favour. RCB have won consecutive 4 matches now and CSK’s second half of the season didn’t go pretty good.
