Aditi Rao Hydari recently got engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Siddharth. In a recent interview, the Heeramandi actress spoke the same and revealed that she is currently in the happiest period of her relationship. “It’s great and fantastic. “I feel very lucky,” Aditi told news agency ANI as she discussed her engagement.
Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth’s love affair is not a secret. Their passion blossomed while filming the 2021 film Maha Samudram. Since then, they’ve been together.
In March, news of Aditi and Siddharth’s secret wedding made headlines, with Great Andhra claiming that the two exchanged vows in the Sri Ranganayakaswamy temple in Srirangapuram, Wanaparthy District, Telangana.
However, Aditi declared her engagement to Siddharth and admitted that they are not yet married. The actress turned to Instagram to share a snapshot with the love of her life.
In the picture, they were seen hugging each other while Aditi displayed a diamond ring. Siddharth also wore a gold band on his ring finger with magenta embellishments. Aditi captioned the photo, “He said yes! E. N. G. A. G. E. D.”
Aditi recently spoke about her engagement and explained why they decided to make it public. “Jo bhi special hone wala hai, mujhe shuruat ek special jagah se karni thi. Woh meri family ka ek temple hai, which is 400 years old, I wanted to go there and do puja. There, I had a little engagement. (Whenever something special happens in her family, we visit our 400-year-old temple to seek blessings. So, for engagement, we also went there),” she told Bollywood Bubble.
The actress further said that she publicly confirmed her connection with Siddharth after her mother received numerous phone calls about their wedding rumours. “We shared this image on social media to clarify all the rumours that were doing the rounds at that time. My mother asked me to clarify things as she was getting back-to-back calls regarding the same,” she explained.
Meanwhile, Aditi is enjoying the popularity of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s debut online series, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar.
