‘Road To Kingdom’ is gearing up for a new season!
SPOTV News reported that Mnet’s boy group competition show Road To Kingdom is currently in the works for an highly anticipated return in the latter half of the year.
Reacting to the report, Mnet confirmed that a new season of the reality TV series is slated for broadcast in the latter half of this year. However, it is still in the early stage of planning and preparation and the details of the program such as title and broadcast date will be unveiled later.
Road to Kingdom, first premiered in 2020, followed seven boy groups – PENTAGON, ONF, Golden Child, THE BOYZ, VERIVERY, ONEUS, and TO1 – as they competed with one another with new missions being assigned every week. The winning team will be then awarded with the chance of subsequently competing on Kingdom.
The teams which will be participating in the upcoming season are expected to be unveiled soon.
