Food Network is about to launch another culinary competition – and this one is taking place in the city of lights.

Next Baking Master: Paris will allow 10 American baker access to iconic pastry shops and French baking mentors in the new competition premiering on May 6. The show is being hosted by pastry chef Stephanie Boswell and Ludo Lefebvre, who is a French origin chef and a restaurateur. The show follows the participants competing with one another in order to prove their innovation and artistry with making confections.

Each week, the lowest performing baker will be sent home, until the last one remains, who will be named : Next Baking Master.

The 10 bakers who are set to compete are: DeAndra Bailey from Baltimore, Maryland, Jeremy Intille from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Keely Morre from Atlanta, Georgia, Brooke De Jong from Dothan, Alabama, Lindsay Miller from Los Angeles, California, Paige Nickless from Brooklyn, New York, Cedrick Simpson from Atlanta, Georgia, Jennalyn Walbolt from Union, New Jersey, Joe Settepani from Morganville, New Jersey, and Robert Toland from Willingboro, New Jersey.
