The fan-favorite character of And Just Like That… Karen Pittman is leaving the series after playing the role of Nya Wallace in first two seasons of the hit Max series.
Karen was already a series regular on Apple TV+’s The Morning Show when she was casted for the sequel series of Sex And The City, wherein she originally was a recurring character in season 1, however she was upped to a series regular in season 2.
Earlier this month, the actress was tapped for a starring role in Forever, which will be releasing on Netflix. It is a drama series reimagining Judy Blume’s novel from Mara Brock Akil.
This had indeed put Karen in the middle of three major series, scheduling to film their new seasons in the similar time frame, on three different major streaming platforms.
The sources have stated that there was every intention of Karen reprising her role of Nya in the upcoming season of AJLT, but after exhausting all avenues to make scheduling work, that proved impossible.
