In January 2023, it was announced that SEAL Team season 7 will be its final season. However, due to SAG-AFTRA strikes, the production was briefly halted. But in January 2024, lead actor David Boreanaz confirmed that the series was back in production. He’s now back with another update, a better tease, and it’s an emotional one.
The actor has shared a picture on his Instagram handle featuring the script for the final episode with caption, “Beginning in the end. Last Word is on the table. August here we come!”
Earlier, it was speculated that the release date of the final season would be somewhere between May or June, but the recent post by David has confirmed that it will air in August on Paramount+.
Meanwhile, most of the details regarding the plot of the upcoming season has been kept under the wraps, however, it is pretty evident that the shocking death of Max Theriot’s Clay Spenser is going to affect what happens in the final season. You also have Captain Walch, played by Dylan Walsh, who will be reprising his role to create conflict within the Bravo team.
