Bajel Projects experienced a 3.6% rise in share price during early trade on January 12, following the company’s receipt of a Letter of Intent (LoI) valued at Rs 487.64 crore for the supply and installation services of a transmission project.

At 09:28 hrs, Bajel Projects traded at Rs 150.00 on the BSE, marking a rise of Rs 5.25 or 3.63%. The company announced that it has been awarded a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the supply of plant and installation services. This pertains to the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of transmission lines and GIS Substations. The LOI is from The Tata Power Company Limited, acting on behalf of their project-specific SPV, i.e., M/s Jalpura – Khurja Power Transmission Limited.

The transmission project is located at Greater Noida, Jalpura, Khurja in the state of Uttar Pradesh, with an anticipated completion timeframe of 18 months from the effective date.
