Puravankara witnessed a remarkable upswing of 10.5%, reaching a 52-week high of Rs 244.10, propelled by a significant 56% surge in sales value for the third quarter.
In the October-December period, the real estate company’s sales value escalated to Rs 1,241 crore, a substantial increase from the Rs 796 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Notably, Puravankara achieved its highest-ever customer collections in the real estate business during Q3, experiencing a remarkable 52% year-on-year surge to Rs 941 crore, compared to Rs 621 crore in the corresponding period.
The robust quarterly business updates have instilled confidence among investors, foreseeing the company reporting an impressive set of earnings for the third quarter.
