Sunteck Realty observed a marginal decline, trading 0.084% lower at ₹476.55 as of 2:50 pm on December 14. This follows a 0.69 percent gain at the opening bell, reaching Rs 480.25, a day after the complete divestment by promoters Starlight Systems and Satguru Infocorp.
On December 13, the promoters, Starlight Systems and Satguru Infocorp, executed open-market transactions to exit Sunteck Realty. Starlight Systems sold 30 lakh shares at Rs 479.47 each, while Satguru Infocorp Services offloaded an equivalent number of shares at Rs 481.65 each, constituting 4.1 percent of the paid-up equity, valued at Rs 288.3 crore.
In a contrasting move, Schroder International Selection Fund Emerging Asia made an entrance by acquiring 10,36,718 equity shares in Sunteck at an average price of Rs 474.71. The promoter holding in Sunteck Realty, based on September 2023 data, stood at 67 percent.
