BLS International Services saw a notable 6% surge, reaching a 52-week high of Rs 315.75 in early trade on December 12, propelled by the company securing a contract from the Indian mission in Canada.

As of 11:17 am, the shares maintained their upward trajectory, trading at 7.02% higher at ₹317.10. The company, in a statement, announced its successful bid for outsourcing consular, passport, and visa services by the High Commission of India (HCI) in Canada. This contract encompasses operations at HCI in Ottawa and Consulate Generals of India (CGIs) in Toronto and Vancouver.

Under the terms of the contract, BLS International will continue to deliver a comprehensive range of services, including consular support, passport processing, and visa facilitation, reinforcing its position as a key player in the outsourcing services sector.
