As the counting of votes gets underway for Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Telangana assembly elections 2023, early shows Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) leading in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Meanwhile, its rival Congress has been leading in Chhattisgarh and Telangana.

However, BJP later fought back in Chhattisgarh and reduced the gap in the difference of leading seats. While Congress sits at 23, BJP is leading on 26.

As of Rajasthan, the current trends shows BJP leading the way with leading on 98 seats while Congress trailing behind with 72 seats. Up till now, it is the only state among the five to have a big chuck going away in Other parties.

BJP has been suffering in Telangana. It seems that the votes have been inclined towards Congress as it leads on 48 seats, ahead of Bharat Rashtra Samithi on 28, and BJP on 5.

The Central government party has taken a huge lead in Madhya Pradesh as they are leading on 133 seats and Congress struggling at 52. It requires 116 seats for majority.
