Bigg Boss, a beloved reality show, has a huge fan base eagerly anticipating each new season. The show’s format is widely loved, fostering a strong connection between viewers and contestants. These participants often become an integral part of people’s daily lives, with evictions sometimes evolving into significant emotional events. Vijay Vikram Singh, the show’s narrator, or we can say the OG Bigg Boss voice, recently shared insights into how fans are deeply affected by the departure of their favorite stars from the show.
Vijay Vikram Singh disclosed that he has received backlash from people after the eviction of their favorite contestants. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, he clarified that he is solely the narrator and the second voice engaging with the contestants is not his.
Vijay expressed the challenge of convincing people that there are two distinct voices on Bigg Boss. Despite his role as the voice interacting with the audience, he clarified that the voice engaging with contestants is different. He mentioned facing criticism and abuse in the past two years for eliminations, highlighting the emotional impact of evictions on viewers.
Vijay Vikram Singh emphasized that he consistently clarifies to people that he doesn’t decide eliminations; it’s based on the audience’s votes. He also reiterated that he is not the voice interacting with contestants. Despite not naming the actual voice of Bigg Boss, he stated that even if it were a person, they are merely performing their job, and such threats and abuse are unwarranted.
