Bigg Boss 17 continues to perform well on the TRP charts, equalling the ratings of the popular show Anupamaa. However, the recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode was filled with drama, and host Salman Khan was notably displeased. Anurag Dobhal had previously expressed a desire to leave the show, citing discomfort with Salman constantly mentioning his “bro sena.” Anurag blamed the makers and Salman Khan for tarnishing his image, leading to a discussion in yesterday’s episode where Salman addressed the issue with all the contestants.
Salman Khan, during a discussion with the contestants clarified that he will only give advice to those willing to hear it. As a host, he emphasized his duty to guide contestants for potential opportunities post-show. Salman mentioned that he won’t share feedback or views with inexperienced contestants who may not handle it well.
In a candid moment Salman asked the contestants to name the person who blamed him and the makers. The consensus was Anurag. Salman expressed his preference for avoiding confrontation with contestants and highlighted his conscious decision not to raise his voice much this season. He reflected on earlier seasons when he would warn contestants about consequences, and these clips have gained attention on social media.
The host further announced that he won’t share his opinions about the show’s events in the future. He emphasized that if contestants are making decisions detrimental to their game, he’s not interested.
Salman then goes on to reveal how he is done with the show and says, “I always add humour to my tone to make you all comfortable. Mene bohot seasons host kar liye, joh mujhe dena tha to the show, de diya. I don’t know agle saal hota hai ya nahi hota hai. Mujhe koi shauk nahi to become a tutor to anyone. Kya lagte ho aap mere ese bhi.”
