On Wednesday, the Congress party informed about replacing candidates on four seats for the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh. The party took this decision, after continuous opposition to the previously declared candidates on these seats. After which, the party again brainstormed on these seats and changed faces on four seats.

Candidates changed on these seats:

Ajab Singh Kushwah has been given the ticket from Sumawali, earlier the ticket was given to Kuldeep Sikarwar. Virendra Belvanshi has been given the ticket from Pipariya, earlier Gurucharan Khare was given the ticket from here. Murli Morwal has been given the ticket from Badnagar, where Congress had earlier given the ticket to Rajendra Singh Solanki. Virendra Singh Solanki has been given the ticket from Jaora, where earlier Himmat Shrimal was made the candidate.

Screw stuck on these seats

Till now Congress has changed candidates on 7 seats, despite this the issue is still stuck on Shivpuri and Amla seats. In Shivpuri, the party has given a ticket to KP Singh. Here there was talk of giving a ticket to Virendra Raghuvanshi who came to Congress from BJP. Raghuvanshi supporters started protesting after KP Singh got the ticket. In such a situation, there is speculation that the party may take a decision on this seat also.

No decision on Amla

No decision has been taken on the Amla assembly seat of Betul district in this list of Congress. Congress made Manoj Malve its candidate from here. This seat is also special because Deputy Collector Nisha Bangre also wanted to contest elections from here and there was discussion that Congress can also give ticket to Bangre from this seat, but in the previous list, Congress made Manoj Malvea candidate.
