UK-based Information Technology giant, Accenture is expecting its revenue to increase by 2% to 6% for the fourth quarter of 2023. It estimates the revenue between $15.75 billion to $16.35 billion.
The following figures reflect the assumptions made by the company of a flat foreign-exchange impact when compared with the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2022. The numbers estimated are below the assumed numbers of Wall Street. Accenture’s revenue growth for the fiscal year 2023 is seen at 8% to 9%.
The multinational IT firm announced its third-quarter performance for FY 2023. Revenues generated were at $16.6 billion in Q3 of 2023, it was a rise of 3% when compared to the same quarter a year ago in both US dollars and 5% in the local currency. The GAAP operating income of Accenture was reported at $2.36 billion when compared to $2.60 billion for the third quarter of fiscal 2022. The operating margin was 14.2% as compared to 16.1% reported last year.
Accenture’s adjusted operating income was $2.71 billion and the adjusted operating margin was 16.3%, an expansion of 20 basis points as compared to third quarter of FY 2022.
