The singer has revealed ‘Lavender Haze’ from her album to be the first single which she eventually bumped upon through a phrase from the Mad Men. It said, “If you were in the lavender haze, then that meant that you were in that encompassing love glow, and I thought that was beautiful.” also she confirmed ‘Anti-hero’ to be the second single from the album and it is reported that ‘Karma’ is the third official single from the album.
Also, there stands a whole different controversy on the Karma song. When asked about her 11th track Taylor said, “The song is written from the perspective of feeling really happy, really proud of the way life is, feeling like this must be a reward for doing stuff right.” to News Music Daily on Apple Music.
The Singer sets off these lyrics which have an assured reflief- “Karma is a breeze in my hair on the weekend, karma’s a relaxing thought, Aren’t you envious that for you it’s not?”
The new album was highly acclaimed for the social issues that it addresses, such as anxiety, insomnia, self-criticism and insecurity. The lyrics righty does justice to the subject matter through a sweet melody and composition.
