It is KL Rahul against Sam Curran in the IPL match between Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants as the captain of PBKS Shikhar Dhawan was ruled out of this game due to shoulder injury. This is the first time Sam Curran is doing captaincy in cricket.
Sam Curran hasn’t done captaincy in any of the cricket format he has played so far. The youngster has played so many first class cricket, but still never did a captaincy. This will be a real test for the most expensive player in the history of IPL to lead the team in place of injured Shikhar Dhawan.
Sam Curran however won the toss in his first game as captain and has decided to bowl first against Lucknow Super Giants.
