The K-pop girl group BLACKPINK is a brand in itself. Each every member has their own charm to captivate the audience’s heart, mind and soul. The group consists of four female K-pop idols like Kim Jennie, Kim Ji-soo, Roseanne Park aka Rose, Lalisa Manobal aka Lisa. All the four members are capable of making headlines every passing day. This time it’s Rose being in news.

The main vocalist and lead dancer of BLACKPINK has now been featured on the cover of GQ Korea’s May 2023. Being featured for GQ Korea’s cover is like adding another feather in Rose’s crown. Several photos of Rose has been released showing her in different outfits. As usual Rose hasn’t failed to mesmerize the audience with her charm, beauty and elegance.

Rose’s cover story for GQ Korea is titled “Beautiful Things.”

Rose was born in New Zealand, at the age of seven she moved to Melbourne, Australia along with her parents and her elder sister. In early years she used to play guitar and piano in choirs. She auditioned for YG Etertainment in the year 2012, after passing the audition she moved to Seoul, South Korea and joined YG Entertainment as a trainee. She trained for four years and then debuted as a memeber of BLACKPINK in August, 2016.

Rose has been part of all the BLACKPINK albums. In the year 2021 Rose made her solo debut with the album R. Her solo song ‘On the Ground’ became the first song by a korean artist to be ranked one on the Billboard Global 200 chart.

Rose will be seen performing with her group this weekend in Coachella. The show will also have Rose’s solo performance. As per the reports Rose can be expected to attend Met Gala, 2023 on 1st May.
