As per reports the Karnataka BJP faction has filed a complaint with the Chief Electoral Officer of the State, against State Congress president DK Shivakumar over his Facebook post on unemployment and BJP which allegedly targets the political party during the critical period of elections.
The complaint filed by the Karnataka BJP states, “The said act is in utter violation of the Election code of Conduct”.
To this news a twitter user commented saying ,”It is important for all political parties and their representatives to adhere to the Election code of Conduct to ensure free and fair elections.”
Recent polls on unemployment show growing trends in urban areas while the central and state governments continue to roll out relief and counter schemes.
