Moana film will be recreated in a live-action form. It has been confirmed by the makers that the movie is in the initial stage of development.

The very famous and worldwide appreciated movie, Moana will now be remade into a real-life imagery style. Dwayne Johnson, who did the voiceover for the character  Maui in the original version has made this announcement along with Disney’s CEO, Bob Iger. Johnson said, “it is a moment of pride and honor for me to be a part of the film, yet again.

The film was one of the finest Disney creations which turned out to be a complete hit. It received many International awards and Oscar nominations.
The movie was released in 2016 and audiences have been waiting for its sequel. So here’s some good news for them as the movie will be directed in a live format. Dwayne Johnson has also revealed that he is going to be a part of this film once again.
The storyline of the picture is about a girl named Moana, she belongs to a certain tribe community from the oceans. As their island faces the curse of the demigod Maui, she embarks on a journey to redeem her tribe from the unfair spell. The movie showcases friendship and courage and how love can make us do things we never thought we could.
Auli’I Cravalho, who voiced Moana in the animated version will also be a part of the film as executive producer. She said, “Disney’s Moana has changed the way how we look at princesses and she has been a courageous one by proving her strength.” The announcement was made by uploading a video on YouTube.
The writer, Jared Blush will be joining the team, but this role has not been finalized. Disney’s other animated movies like Lion King and Mogli received global recognition. Moana is now in pursuit of once again making the audience go thrilled with its top-notch action.
