Current table-toppers of La Liga, FC Barcelona had a game against Cadiz on Sunday night, 19th February at Camp Nou (Barcelona’s home ground). It was another good game for the home side as they beat Cadiz by 2-0. The league leaders are moving ahead easily and looks like they won’t have any problem in lifting this year’s trophy.
FC Barcelona scored two goals in the game and both of them came in the first half. The time gap between both the FC Barcelona’s goals was 3 minutes. Cadiz wasn’t looking in shape or maybe Xavi’s men outshaped them. This was a magnificent performance from Xavi’s side ahead of their Europa League’s second leg clash against Manchester United at Old Trafford this week.
Midfielder Sergi Roberto scored the first one for the host in the 43rd minute and then the striker Robert Lewandowski finished it off just before the half-time whistle. The goal from the former Bayern Munich’s forward was the last of the game.
