The English Premier League now has a new leader as Manchester City has defeated Arsenal FC on Wednesday night, 15th February. It was a thriller game as the scoreline says it all. City scored three and won it in front of Arsenal’s home crowd. This was just Arsenal’s second league defeat this season in home.

Manchester City started the scoring when Kevin de Bruyne chipped it over Arsenal’s goalkeeper named Aaron Ramsdale. City were leading by 1-0 in the 24th minute but gave away their lead in the 42nd minute when Saka scored from the spot. Manchester City took the deserved lead in the second half and won it then. Jack Grealish was the one who scored the 2nd goal for City which came in the 72nd minute.

Erling Haaland scored the winner 10 minutes later Grealish’s goal which gave City the deserved three points in the game. Defending champions Manchester City are now leading the Premier League’s points table and will try to win the league now.
