FC Bayern Munich’s president Herbert Hainer stated that the German Club would not address Manual Neuer’s concern like Manchester United addressed the problems surrounding Cristiano Ronaldo. Herbert Hainer said, “No, not at all. That’s why we are FC Bayèrn Munich. At FC Bayèrn Munich, we will always clarify such things internally. Such things make FC Bayèrn strong and special.”

He said, ‘I’m more disappointed than angry because I thought Manuel, a great player who has been here a long time, would discuss those issues with us first. We will meet with him and analyze everything professionally. Manuel Neuer is a world-class goalkeeper who has been with us for more than ten years, and now the important thing is that he has recovered from his injury. Then we will see.”

All this comes amidst Manual Neuer’s explosive interview with Raphael Honigstein. In the interview, he criticized the Board for dismissing a longtime goalkeeper coach Toni Tapakovic. Manual Neuer said, “That blow hit me extremely hard, the club officials told me. It came out of nowhere. For Toni, too. I didn’t understand that at all. It knocked me down.”
