Since almost a month there have been rumours to Mr Sodhi, Gurucharan Singh, from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasma is going to leave the show. The makers had earlier denied it and said that he is a part of the show. However, reports show that Gurucharan has left the show and has not been seen on the show after the shoots have resumed.
The replacement could be Balwinder Singh Suri from Dil Toh Pagal Hai where he played Shah Rukh Khan’s friend. According to ETimes TV, sources have confirmed Gurucharan’s exit from the show and has not returned to the sets after the lockdown relaxations.
Even back in 2013, Gurucharan had left the show due to creative differences but returned after a year. Fans are now confused whether or not he will return in the future.
Taarak Mehta has been one of the longest-running shows on TV. The TRPs are always high and is a show that families love watching together. New episodes have started being shot and aired on TV. The makers have made sure to follow all guidelines to keep the cast and crew safe.
