Kolkata Knight Riders went big for David Wiese as they acquire the player for INR 1 crore
David Wiese began his career with South Africa and earned his first IPL contract with the Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2015. Wiese faded out for nearly five years after two seasons in which he scored 127 runs and took 16 wickets in 15 IPL matches before returning as the spearhead of Namibia’s charge to consecutive T20 World Cup appearances in 2021 and 2022.
