Atul Rai and Kuljit Nijjar were elected as the Club Director and Individual Director, respectively, by USA Cricket. After a brief break, Rai, the former chairman of the former USACA, will rejoin USA Cricket’s Board of Directors. Rai previously held the positions of League Director and Chair of the Cricket Committee from November 2018 to May 2020. Nijjar, who founded the Dallas Cricket League, will take the helm of a national cricket regulatory body for the first time.

With 51.30 percent of the vote, Rai overcame candidates Nikhil Deshpande and Sushil Bhat to unseat incumbent Ajith Bhaskar from the New York region. With a commanding 52.40 percent of the vote, Nijjar defeated the incumbent Suraj Vishwanathan, Anand Patel, Ganesh Sanap, and Babu Venkatachalapathy. Regarding the length of the newly elected directors’ terms, USA Cricket remained silent.
