In the Champions League, the day before Real Madrid takes on Chelsea in the quarter-final second leg. The Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti replied to the questions from the media. Coach Ancelotti said that everyone is well aware that “the game going to be the difficult one. The fans know that as well as we do. It’s the quarter-finals of the Champions League and regardless of what happened in the 1st leg, we will have to suffer to fight as well as to compete and be in the game for 90 minutes”. And to qualify and reach the Semi-finals, they will have to dig in, fight and compete.
Coach Carlo Ancelotti continued and said he has a squad that is very familiar with this type of match and also aware of what has happened in the past and what can happen as well. Ancelotti add they won’t be going out relaxed and that due to this big opportunity, there is a happy spirit in the squad. As they have to play this game to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League. They are set up against a very strong side and they must respect them and they do have a lot of respect for them.
