Royal Challengers Bangalore’s innings began with Umesh Yadav and Tim Southee troubling the batsmen. RCB lost their three wickets in the powerplay and looked uncomfortable throughout the innings. On Tuesday, Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and decided to field first. The decision to field first went amazingly well for RCB as they successfully restricted KKR at 128 runs. At the moment, KKR was even struggling to reach a total of 120 runs. All thanks to Umesh Yadav’s 18 runs cameo, which helped KKR get a respectable score of 128 runs.
Akash Deep gave away too many runs but took three crucial wickets of Venkatesh Iyer, Nitish Rana, and Umesh Yadav. Harshal Patel (2 wickets) and Mohammed Siraj (2 wickets) were the other bowlers to get wickets.
