US President Joe Biden has warned Russia that NATO will take action if it uses chemical weapons in Ukraine. The president made the statement during a news conference at NATO headquarters in Brussels.

During the conference, President Biden was asked that, if Vladimir Putin uses chemical weapons will NATO take action. In response, Biden said “We would respond if he uses it. The nature of the response would depend on the nature of use.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has alleged Russia of using phosphorous bombs. Zelenskyy released a video on Thursday, in which he claimed that Russia is murdering Ukraine’s citizens with phosphorus bombs. “This morning, by the way, phosphorus bombs were utilized. Russian phosphorus bombs. Adults were murdered again and children were massacred again,” said Zelenskyy in the video.

It’s been a month since Russia invaded Ukraine. Several nations have imposed sanctions on Russia to curb its economy, Russia has already lost billions of dollars in war but President Vladimir Putin is not budging from his stance on Ukraine.
