Lock Upp jailer Karan Kundrra has made his mark in the show. In the Live Feed he is seen entering the jail and talking to the contestants. He spoke and fair and unfair game. He also brought a deal for Sara Khan. At first he said that she will get Biryani but 4 cups of tea will be taken which contestants drink.
Sara said that she can’t do that and rejected the offer. Later Karan Kundrra said that she can eat Ghar Ki Biryani and 8 cups of tea will be taken. Sara still rejected the offer. Lastly Karan offered that she can talk to her mother and 11 cups of tea will be taken and Sara accepted the offer. Karan’s manipulative behaviour and strong game is loved by the viewers.
Sara also broke down in tears after she talked to her mother and Karan stood by her and told her to stay strong. Fans tell that Karan is best person as the way he consoles Sara is loved by viewers. Have a look at the videos here:

It seems that Karan isn’t the jailer through out the show and it might change every week. However, nothing is confirmed as of now and only assumptions are made. The reality show is an OTT release show on Alt Balaji and all episodes on MX Player.
