Television actor Ankita Lokhande tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, Vicky Jain, on December 14. The couple hosted a grand wedding with pre-festivities like haldi, mehendi, cocktail and sangeet.
The parties didn’t end here, they have been throwing parties even after their marriage. Ankita revealed that she married only to “spend money and party”.
The actor said, “I got married so I could party. You know we partied for three days? We just wanted to spend that money.”
“Some people take it very seriously. It is not a responsibility to fulfil, it is just about happiness. We are happy and that is all that matters,” she added.
Ankita Lokhande has a very different opinion for marriage. “I believe in marriage and the concept of love a lot. I get very excited about marriage, because it’s the best thing if two people are willing to live together and build a family,” she had said.
After sharing some pictures of wedding, she shared a picture with husband captioned with, “From friends to forever ❤️#anvikikahani.”
Ankita Lokhande will be seen in the second season of the show Pavitra Rishta. She is famous for her character Archana in the show, and will be playing the same.
