Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise took place on 14th June 2020. He committed a suicide at his Bandra apartment on Sunday. Sushant Singh’s last rites were performed on Monday at Vile Parle crematorium. Fans, colleagues and friends mourned on the death of the self-made actor and thus, assumed that nepotism and hypocrisy was the reason of Sushant Singh’s suicide. Although there was no suicide note left, fans have asked CBI inquiry for the actor’s demise.
A fiery debate was set on the social media to boycott biggies of Bollywood. Fans were calling out to ban star kids for faking tears and sympathy on Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise. All the elite class including Karan Johar, Sonakshi Sinha, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja were called out for their hypocritical behaviour, and today, die-hard fans of Sushant Singh Rajput took to Twitter to trend #BoycottKhans as they demanded others to boycott movies of Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan.
Interestingly, some Bollywood stars too stepped in this enormous debate to reveal the gloomy side of the Bollywood. Celebs including Abhay Deol, Raveena Tandon, Anubhav Sinha, Ranvir Shorey revealed how they were treated poorly and faced nepotism during their journey in Bollywood. After watching this super sensitive debate on social media, while some celebrities stepped back by deactivating their account or disabling the functions.
Sonam Kapoor Ahuja disabled her Instagram comment section, Sonakshi Sinha deactivated her Twitter account and Salman Khan took his twitter to urge fans to stop cursing. He said, “A request to all my fans to stand with Sushant’s fans and not to go by the language and the curses used but to go with the emotion behind it. Please support and stand by his family and fans as the loss of a loved one is extremely painful.”
