Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma should be fully fit to return against Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League encounter in Abu Dhabi held on Thursday. Mumbai Indians had lost a miserable match against MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings on Sunday following the absence of Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma. They both were suffering from niggles as it was important for the safety of the players to take precautionary measures equally. The Hitman might be in a perfect frame of mind ahead of the match against Kolkata Knight Riders, as it is a must-win contest for the Mumbai Indians if they want to qualify for this year’s playoffs.
Rohit Sharma had exclusively said something on the Mumbai Indian’s social media post by mentioning “ It’s important that we turn up and do the job”
"It's important that we turn up and do the job!" 💪

He later mentioned in the video “I know that we had a very handy record against them, but it’s important that we turn up well on that particular day, and do the job. When we are chasing a score of 157 you need to build those small partnerships and make sure you keep yourself in the game as long as possible.”
Talking about the effect of T20, the captain also said “I honestly don’t believe in records, T20 is a game on that particular day. What happens it’s a game of that you have to be best on that day.”
Rohit Sharma was also seen praising and appreciating New Zealand pacer Adam Milne by mentioning “Adam Milne, especially is coming from a very good tournament in the UK. He is a good bowler, bowls fast and it’s all about, you know, getting that confidence and he got that confidence in the first game.”
Mumbai Indians currently sitting in fourth place in the points tally is required a win for a place in the playoffs, after having a poor slow start to the second leg against Chennai Super Kings.
