Early on Monday, an earthquake measuring upto 4.0 on the Richter Scale was reported near Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh. According to the National Centre for Seismology, the tremors were felt around 5 A.M IST in the South of Hyderabad.
There had been no immediate cases reported for any loss of life or damage to property due to the earthquakes.
In Rajasthan’s Bikaner, an earthquake of a magnitude 4.8 on the Richter scale hit on Thursday at 7:42 A.M IST, as mentioned by the National Centre of Seismology.
The Centre mentioned that the epicentre of the earthquake was 156 km south of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. The earthquake was at a depth of 10 km from the surface.
