The stock was declining on Monday after the company announced a pricing of a $21 Million public offering. Similarly, NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc. (NSSC) declined by −28.37%, with a price of 26.29 USD and a market cap of 964.42 M USD. NAPCO’s stock was declining after the release of Q2 earnings which reported a fall of $0.28 per diluted share, down from $0.34 a year earlier.
