Brent oil is doing even better. It rose 2.44% in a day. That is one of the biggest daily gains. Weekly growth stands at 9.16%. It is also up 82.42% this year and 84.30% over the year.
Natural gas is almost flat. It moved just 0.01% in a day. It is down 24.46% this year. Yearly loss is 21.57%. This shows weak demand or oversupply.
Oil prices today show strong daily gains and high yearly growth
Gasoline prices are rising fast. It increased 0.51% in a day. Weekly gain is 7.55%. Monthly growth is 9.39%. The biggest number is the yearly jump of 78.61%. Year to date, it is up 111.52%. This shows strong demand.
Heating oil also moved up. It gained 0.60% in a day. Yearly growth crossed 100.47%. That is a major rise. But the monthly trend shows a drop of 8.43%.
Urals oil is slightly down today by 1.31%. Still, its yearly growth is massive at 101.86%. Year to date, it is up 119.23%. This makes it one of the top gainers.
Gas and LNG prices show mixed trend with yearly declines
TTF gas in Europe rose 1.47% in a day. Weekly gain is 4.15%. But monthly decline is 7.08%. Yearly growth is still strong at 40.81%.
UK gas dropped 0.69% today. Monthly fall is deep at 11.66%. Yet, it is up 42.40% over the year.
LNG JKM prices slipped 0.24%. Monthly fall is large at 15.53%. But yearly growth is still at 49.78%.
German gas is almost flat. It moved down 0.05%. Monthly drop is 7.99%. Yearly growth is 39.18%.
Coal ethanol and other energy commodities show varied movement
Coal prices are stable. It fell just 0.07%. Weekly gain is 2.84%. Yearly growth is 36.63%.
Ethanol is rising steadily. It gained 1.73% in a day. Weekly growth is 4.97%. Yearly increase is 15.41%.
Naphtha saw a sharp fall. It dropped 5.57% in a day. Monthly decline is 10.25%. Still, yearly growth is 64.85%.
Propane is down 0.84% today. But monthly growth is strong at 13.67%. Yearly increase is 19.24%.
Uranium dipped 0.35%. It is up 24.00% over the year. Growth is slower compared to others.
Methanol is rising slowly. It gained 0.53% today. Yearly growth is 39.39%.
Coking coal moved up 0.74%. Yearly gain is 28.11%.
