Crude oil and Brent prices jump over 6 percent in a day

Crude oil is priced at 75.901 USD per barrel. It gained 4.671 USD in a single day. That is a 6.56 percent daily rise. On a weekly basis, crude is up 15.72 percent. Monthly gains stand at 16.59 percent. Year to date, prices are higher by 32.27 percent. Compared to last year, crude oil is up 11.26 percent.

Brent crude is even stronger. It is trading at 83.046 USD per barrel. It surged 5.306 USD in a day. That marks a 6.82 percent daily gain. Weekly growth is 17.36 percent. Monthly gains are 19.57 percent. Year to date, Brent has climbed 36.49 percent. On a yearly basis, it is up 16.91 percent.

Urals oil is also moving higher. It trades at 62.52 USD per barrel. It gained 6.07 percent in a day. Monthly growth stands at 16.12 percent. Year to date, it is up 23.95 percent. However, it is still down 6.18 percent compared to last year.

Natural gas, TTF gas and UK gas see massive spikes

Natural gas is priced at 3.0997 USD per MMBtu. It rose 4.72 percent in a day. Weekly gains are 9.70 percent. But monthly numbers show a drop of 10.38 percent. Year to date, natural gas is down 15.75 percent. On a yearly basis, it has fallen 28.61 percent.

European gas markets are showing extreme volatility. TTF gas is trading at 60.22 EUR per MWh. It jumped 39.07 percent in a single day. Weekly gains are at 98.31 percent. Monthly growth is 80.86 percent. Year to date, it has soared 115.16 percent. Compared to last year, it is up 41.47 percent.

UK gas prices are also surging. They stand at 157.1693 GBp per therm. The daily jump is 38.12 percent. Weekly growth is 111.90 percent. Monthly gains are 97.15 percent. Year to date, prices are up 112.94 percent. On a yearly basis, UK gas has risen 51.05 percent.

German gas is trading at 45.00 EUR per MWh. It climbed 34.63 percent in a day. Weekly gains are 35.40 percent. Monthly growth is 37.30 percent. Year to date, it is up 50.00 percent. However, it is down 2.51 percent from last year.

Heating oil, gasoline and coal record strong yearly returns

Heating oil is one of the top gainers. It trades at 3.2670 USD per gallon. It surged 12.64 percent in a day. Weekly growth stands at 21.65 percent. Monthly gains are 32.33 percent. Year to date, it has jumped 54.07 percent. On a yearly basis, it is up 44.36 percent.

Gasoline prices are at 2.4926 USD per gallon. They rose 4.68 percent in a day. Weekly growth is 11.87 percent. Monthly gains are 27.86 percent. Year to date, gasoline is up 45.85 percent. It has gained 14.59 percent over the year.

Coal is priced at 128.70 USD per ton. It climbed 8.61 percent in a day. Weekly growth is 10.47 percent. Monthly gains are 12.21 percent. Year to date, coal prices are up 19.72 percent. Compared to last year, they have risen 26.92 percent.

Coking coal stands at 218.50 USD per ton. It slipped 0.68 percent in a day. Weekly and monthly numbers show declines. But on a yearly basis, it is still up 18.11 percent.

Ethanol trades at 1.7900 USD per gallon. It showed no daily change. Monthly growth is 9.48 percent. Year to date, it is up 12.76 percent. Propane is at 0.71 USD per gallon. It gained 5.26 percent in a day. Methanol is priced at 2438.00 CNY per ton with a 6.56 percent daily rise.

Naphtha is trading at 633.49 USD per ton. It rose 7.69 percent in a day. Year to date gains are 29.72 percent. Uranium stands at 86.4500 USD per pound. It slipped 0.12 percent in a day. But it is still up 32.09 percent over the year.
