Rafael Nadal is still hoping to play this year’s Wimbledon championship which is just three weeks away. The Spaniard was expected to skip this year’s grass session following his foot problems and told he will be having a break after the Roland Garros final.

Nadal has been struggling with his foot and complained about the struggles several times during his 2022 tennis season. He also missed majors and multiple events previous gear following the foot disturbances. The legendary player was seen limping during his campaign in Italy Rome. It was a major concern if he will be able to make it as he was injured just ahead of the major clay tournament. Nadal did wonders despite the injury and won his 22nd major to prove why he is called the “King of Clay”. But the player doesn’t want to risk it and is expected to have some rest. The player will be back for the third Grand Slam if his foot allows to.
