Alex Telles has made his permanent move from FC Porto to Old Trafford on the transfer deadline day this summer. He has joined his fellow Brazil teammate Fred at Manchester United. Telles also made his debut for United in their opening fixture of the Champions League 2020 campaign against Paris Saint-Germain in a 2-1 victory for the team from Manchester.

Since then Alex was not part of United’s Premier League squad against Chelsea and also missed their CL fixture against Leipzig last night. Solskjaer said that the player is fine and has no symptoms.
“He’s been out now for a little while. He’s tested positive for the Coronavirus. But he has no symptoms; he’s fine and we can’t wait to get him back,” the club’s official website quoted Solskjaer as saying.

Manchester United registered an impressive 5-0 win over RB Leipzig in the match.
