
The greatest ever footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has joined the Saudi Arabian side named Al-Nassr on a two-year contract. The contract will be valid till 2025 and in this period the Portuguese will earn €200 million+ per year.
On Tuesday, 3rd January, Cristiano Ronaldo is was unveiled as new Al-Nassr player. Al-Nassr gave a warm welcome to the Manchester United’s legend footballer. The fans were in the stadium and it was full packed. Just like the unveiling done in Real Madrid, he was presented in Saudi Arabia.
But during an interview, Cristiano Ronaldo made a mistake while speaking. The Portuguese said “South Africa” instead of ‘Saudi Arabia’. The video of him mentioning South Africa has gone viral. Some fans beleive it might be a slip of tongue which is pretty normal.
“For me it is not the end of my career coming to South Africa,” said Cristiano Ronaldo after he was unveiled as new Al-Nassr player as shown in KSA Sports TV.
The number 7 is ready to flourish in Saudi Arabia as well after conquering European trophies.
