Mumbai to host the 2023 IOC session, CM Uddhav Thackeray grateful for Nita Ambani’s efforts

Mumbai is officially selected to host the 2023 International Olympic Committee session after successfully bidding for it at the 139th IOC session, which is being held in Beijing. CM Uddhav Thackeray thanked Nita Ambani on Twitter for her efforts.

On Saturday, India won the right to host the 2023 IOC session. After successful bidding for IOC session 2023 (International Olympic Committee) at the 139th IOC session in Beijing, China. Mumbai is officially sorting to host the 2023 International Olympic Committee.

The Country will host the IOC Session again after 40 years. Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackery thanked Nita Ambani on Twitter, sharing the news. CM Uddhav Thackery Tweeted with the announcement that, Mumbai will be hosting the 2023 International Olympic Committee session, and is just not a matter of pride but also even an opportunity. Through which India gets a push ahead on the horizon of sporting. He ends his tweet by being grateful towards Nita Ambani, for her efforts. Abhinav Bindra, who is the first individual to win Olympic gold at Shooting in 2008 in Beijing, China, including Nita Ambani a member of IOC and Anurag Singh Thakur the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, made a presentation, during the 139th IOC session to the members of IOC.

This will be the second for Indians to get the honour to host the IOC Session, as India last hosted an International Olympic Committee session in New Delhi in 1983.
