India’s stunning performance in the Super League Semi-Finals has once again allowed team India to play in the Finals of the ICC Under-19 World Cup.

Skipper Dhull and company sealed the Semi-Final win by a margin of 96 runs as Yash and Shaik’s partnership made this wonderful win happen.

BCCI must be proud as the Indian fans appreciate the efforts and example they have set of sending a fresh team to the U-19 World Cup with a strong belief in them, which has resulted in the fourth consecutive Final game for team India. The ultimate passion and talent in junior-level cricket have made BCCI proud of its achievements in all aspects.

Yash Dhull became the third Indian captain to score a U-19 ton after Virat Kohli and Unmukt Chand as the partnership of Dhull and Rasheed changed the game in the favour of team India. Yash Dhull scored 110 runs while Rasheed fell short of 6 runs from scoring his century.

India will now be playing against England in the U-19 Finals on February 5 at the iconic Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua. England won the Semi-Finals game from Afghanistan who managed to score just 215 runs, felling short by just 15 runs, which resulted in England’s spot in the Final game.

The last three finals resulted in 2 runners-up for team India and 1 fantastic win against Australia under the captaincy of Prithvi Shaw. In the last three finals, U-19 Ishan Kishan and Priyan Garg helped India by leading in the finals but couldn’t manage to win. Yash Dhull can change the fate for team India as India will be competing for their fifth title.
