Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy: Rajasthan vs Tamil Nadu, the first semi-final looked one sided. After winning the toss Rajasthan elected to bat. however, they only posted 154/9 in 20 overs. Tamil Nadu batsmen made batted brilliantly and chased down the target easily in just 18.4 overs. Arun Karthik played a sublime knock of 89 runs in just 54 balls to take his side home.
Ashok Menari’s knock of 51 along with Arjit Gupta’s 45 helped Rajasthan to put a decent total. The Tamil Nadu bowlers had a brilliant day. M Mohammed scalped 4 crucial wickets while Ravisrinivasan Sai Kishore pocketed two wickets.
