The six teams that will compete at the event, which will take place in Namibia from March 26 through April 5, 2023, have all been confirmed. As a result, the schedule for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier Playoff has been made public.
The United States, the United Arab Emirates, Papua New Guinea, Canada, and Jersey will play alongside hosts Namibia in a round-robin format, with the top two teams earning a spot at the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier that will be held in Zimbabwe from 18 June to 9 July.
The Playoff, two steps away from the World Cup, is the last chance for teams to secure a spot in the Zimbabwe Qualifier. It features the teams that finished in the top spots in the CWC Challenge League A and B and the bottom four spots in the Men’s CWC League 2 after four years of grueling competition.
