Ravindra Jadeja tops the ICC all-rounder Test rankings

On Wednesday, India’s all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja topped the ICC Test Rankings for all-rounders. Former West Indies captain lost 28 rating points which led Jadeja to the number one spot. In August 2017, Jadeja was in the number one spot in the rankings and now returns to his original position with 386 rating points, which is two ahead of Jason Holder.

Jadeja thrones the rankings by earning two more points than Jason Holder. Jason’s rating is 384. In the third position after Jadeja and Jason Holder, comes Ben stokes with a rating of 377 which is seven points lesser than Holder. Ravichandra Ashwin takes the fourth spot after his brilliant performance earlier this year against England. His rating point is 353 which is 16 points lesser than Stokes. The fifth spot is taken by Bangladesh allrounder, Shakib-Al-Hasan with the rating points of 338 which is 15 points lesser than Ashwin.

After Shakib-Al-Hasan which is the sixth position is taken by Kyle Jamieson who recently took a brilliant five-wicket haul, his rating points is 276 which is 62 points behind Shakib. The seventh pot is hitched by Australian  Mitchell Starc with the rating points of 275 just one point behind Kyle Jamieson. Pat Cummins takes the eighth spot with the rating points of 249 which is 14 points lesser than his partner Mitchell Starc. The ninth position is occupied by Kiwi all-rounder Colin de Grandhomme with rating points of 243 just six points behind Pat Cummins. The last position is grabbed by England’s Chris Woakes with rating points of 229 just 14 points lesser than Colin de Grandhomme.
