Kieron Pollard’s records as captain of West Indies is not very impressive but his career stats are worth a look.

  • He was named the captain of the team in September, 2019.
  • Being a captain of the team, Pollard becomes the first player to play in 500 Twenty20 Matches.
  • He has never played a Test cricket.
  • In March 2021, he also had a great record to his name of hitting six sixes in international cricket against Sri Lanka.
  • He has became the third batsman in International cricket to hit six sixes in an over after South African batter Herschelle Gibbs and Indian legend batter Yuvraj Singh who did this in T20 World Cup.
  • Kieron Pollard also becomes the first cricketer of West Indies to play 100 Twenty20 games in February 2022.
